This Privacy Policy explains how CTR Task Automator collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this website, request a license, or contact us. It is written for customers and site visitors.

1. Information we collect

• Identity and contact: name, email address, and phone number you provide at checkout, support, or the license form.
• License and billing: license plan, license keys, billing address, amount charged, payment status, and activation status.
• Communications: emails we send you (including subject, body, delivery status) and messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed on this site, collected by our host and standard server logs.

We do not require you to create a public user account to browse the marketing site. Admin access to the customer dashboard is restricted to operators of CTR Task Automator.

2. How we use information

• to fulfill orders, issue license keys, and deliver the Windows installer;
• to provide support and service notices;
• to send transactional email (receipts, keys, security notices);
• to send marketing email or SMS only where you have consented and as described in our Email and SMS policies;
• to prevent fraud and enforce our Terms;
• to improve the product and website.

3. Processors and sharing

We use service providers to host this website, issue license keys, send email, and process card payments. Card checkout is handled by Stripe. They only receive what they need to do that work, under our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

MostLogin is a separate product. If you follow our affiliate link, MostLogin’s own privacy policy applies to that relationship.

4. Retention

We keep customer, license, and email records for as long as you have an active license and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, dispute, and security purposes. You may ask us to delete or correct data as described below, subject to legal holds.

5. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email and SMS as described in those policies. Transactional messages about your purchase or license may still be sent. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information, or to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need to verify it is you.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, restricted operator access, and industry-standard security controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. License keys should be treated as secrets and not posted in public channels.

7. Children

The Service is for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed outside your home country.
