Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CTR Task Automator, including the Windows application, this website, license keys, and related documentation (together, the “Service”). By purchasing a license, downloading the software, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

CTR Task Automator is Windows-only software that runs Search, Visit, and Engage sequences across isolated MostLogin browser profiles. It is used for SEO work on Google search, Google Business Profile, and Google Maps. The Service is licensed per Windows computer, not per MostLogin profile. You must supply your own MostLogin workspace. We do not operate MostLogin and are not responsible for MostLogin’s terms, uptime, or billing.

2. Accounts and licenses

One license authorizes installation and use on one Windows computer. Multi-license packs (3 or 5) authorize that many computers. Five licenses is the current maximum. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or circumvent license checks. We may suspend or revoke a key if we reasonably believe it is abused, shared, or obtained fraudulently.

3. Purchases

Licenses are sold as monthly subscriptions. You choose a pack on this site and pay through our payment processor. License keys are issued after a successful charge. You are responsible for keeping billing details current. Receipts come from the payment processor and from CTR Task Automator.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate Google, search engine, maps, or platform terms of service;
• run campaigns you are not authorized to operate;
• attack, scrape, or overload third-party systems beyond the product’s intended profile workflows;
• reverse engineer the application except where the law allows;
• misrepresent your identity to us or at checkout.

You remain solely responsible for how you configure sequences and for any account, ranking, or platform consequences that result.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in CTR Task Automator, including logos, copy, and software. Your license is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Windows build on the licensed computers during a paid term. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will increase rankings, click-through rate, or revenue, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CTR Task Automator and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, platform bans, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel by emailing [email protected]. We may terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you must delete the software from licensed computers. Sections that should survive (including 5–7) remain in effect.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
