SMS Policy

This SMS Policy covers text messages CTR Task Automator may send to a mobile number you provide. Program name: CTR Task Automator customer alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Opt-in

We only send SMS if you give prior express consent — for example by checking an SMS opt-in box and submitting your phone number, or by texting a published keyword to our number. Consent is not a condition of buying a license. You can buy and use the Windows app without SMS.

2. What we send

• license and download notices;
• support follow-ups you asked for;
• optional product updates if you opted into marketing SMS.

We do not send SMS marketing to numbers that only appear on a checkout form without a separate SMS opt-in.

3. Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. After STOP we will send a one-time confirmation and then cease SMS to that number, other than legally required notices. You may also email us to remove your number.

4. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers depend on our messaging provider. Availability is not guaranteed for every country or prepaid plan.

5. Privacy

We use your number to send the messages you consented to and to keep records of consent and opt-out. We do not sell phone numbers. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

6. Age

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt into SMS.
